Each summer, from the first week of June through the last week of July, Makoshika State Park offers a Campfire Program to park visitors. The educational and entertainment based presentations occur every other Thursday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the park's outdoor amphitheater. Admission is free. Wear clothing appropriate for an outdoors setting.
Makoshika State Park Campfire Program will be held at Makoshika State Park. Take I-94 Glendive Exits and follow signs two to three miles through town to Makoshika State Park. Makoshika is adjacent to the southeast city limits.
